Dr. Adam Flynn is board certified in Internal Medicine in Germany and Family Medicine in the US. He has extensive experience as both a hospital physician managing acutely ill patients and in primary care medicine. Away from medicine, he enjoys cooking and traveling, as well as practicing, teaching and competing in Braziilan Jiu-Jitsu.

Dr Smith-Jones is a licensed clinical psychologist who has worked in the US Dept of Defense and Dept of Veterans Affairs. He has considerable experience with integrative mental health in primary care, geriatrics and aging, chronic disease, and the unique experiences of the military community. He brings an inclusive style that says 'Welcome home' to Flynn Family Medicine.

Dr. Conrath is a licensed clinical psychologist who has worked with patients across the life span. Her clinical interests include trauma, depressive disorders, stress and anxiety disorders, chronic pain and illness, women’s issues and identity development. She approaches therapy from a holistic and collaborative stance. Dr. Conrath is excited to serve the U.S. community in Ramstein.

His experience includes caring for patients in the clinic, emergency department, and intensive care unit settings. He treats all neurological conditions and performs electrodiagnostic testing. Outside the office he enjoys spending time with his family, soccer, skiing, equestrianism, running, climbing, and hiking.
