We are pleased to be able to offer our patients online appointment booking for certain types of visits!  If you can't find a time that fits your needs, please feel free to call our office; we are often able to work our patients in even when the system can't find a slot.

You can make an appointment immediately if you have established care with our practice.  New patients must submit the new patient paperwork before booking an appointment online.  If you are established with us, simply register below for online booking and follow the instructions.  (We know the portal is in German, that's why we have step-by-step instructions in English!)

 

Walkin and Urgent Care Appointments

Patients in need of urgent care can book for online appointments no earlier than the day before the appointment.  A limited number of these appointments are available daily, and appear in the booking system as 'Walkin.'  The time listed is approximate, and a physician will be assigned by the office.  Please be aware, appointment booked as 'Walkin' more than a day in advance will be cancelled!

• We CANNOT accept Tricare Prime or German healthcare (social or private) patients, even as cash-pay!
