Anybody can use Digital Reception on this website. The AIRAdoc patient portal is a fuller, invitation-only account for managing messages, appointments, and documents with the clinic.

Two ways to reach us online
Use the widget anytime. Use the portal after an invitation.
Digital Reception is the AIRAdoc widget on this website. It is open to anyone—new patients, established patients, and visitors who need to contact the office.
The only restriction is Live Scheduling, which books an appointment immediately without staff review. That option works only if you are already registered in our system.

Digital Reception
Anybody can use the widget on this website.
Digital Reception is the preferred way to contact the office for new patient inquiries, form submission, medication questions, urgent care requests, and messaging.
What it can do
- Send messages to the clinic
- Ask about becoming a patient
- Submit forms and documents
- Request urgent care or medication help
- Create an appointment request
- Use Live Scheduling if you are already registered
Live Scheduling
Exact match required. Partial matches are rejected.
Live Scheduling creates the appointment immediately, without a staff member reviewing it first. It only works if you are already registered in our electronic health record.
Enter your name, date of birth, and email exactly as they appear in our system. Close variations will not be accepted.

Your email must also match. If you are registered under a spouse’s email address, that is the email you must use.
If Live Scheduling cannot find you, you can still use Digital Reception to message the office. Our staff can help update your details or book the visit.
AIRAdoc patient portal
A full-service account, by invitation.
The patient portal is still managed through AIRAdoc. It is more than the website widget: a complete account for communicating with the clinic and managing your visits.
What the portal includes
Like Digital Reception, the portal offers complete messaging and appointment creation. It also lets you manage records and visits yourself.

- View documents stored with the practice
Access
An invitation from the clinic is required.
Patients cannot create a portal account on their own inside AIRAdoc. The clinic can send an invitation by email at any time.
